Pregnancy can feel exciting, emotional, overwhelming and exhausting all at once.

 

These calming monthly Pregnancy Relax & Restore evenings are designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply and take time for yourself during pregnancy.

Held in a warm and welcoming space in West Malling, these small-group sessions combine gentle pregnancy yoga, relaxation, breathing techniques and supportive connection with other local mums-to-be.

​

This is not about intense exercise or pressure to perform.

​

It’s about creating a calm space where you can:

  • Release physical tension

  • Ease stress and anxiety

  • Connect with your baby

  • Prepare mentally and emotionally for birth

  • Meet other local pregnant mums

  • Leave feeling calmer, lighter and more supported

Do I need yoga experience?

No — these sessions are gentle, supportive and suitable for beginners.

What stage of pregnancy can I attend?

You are welcome from the second trimester onwards unless advised otherwise by your healthcare provider.

​

What should I bring?

Bring along a blanket, a drink and you're welcome to bring along your own mat if you woudl prefer, even though I will have mats for everyone.

​

Are spaces limited?

Yes — spaces are intentionally kept small to create a calm and supportive atmosphere.

​

What if I feel tired on the day?

These evenings are designed for pregnancy energy levels. Everything is gentle, relaxed and adaptable.
