2023 dates Thursday 8th January @7.30pm for 2 weeks Thursday 18th April @7.30pm for 2 weeks After completing Adora Birth or Adora Birth 'n' Go antenatal courses, you have the opportunity to further prepare yourself for birth by coming to Adora Hypnobirth in West Malling. This course allows you to learn hypnobirthing techniques so you can feel more in control of your mind and body. Learning how to remain calm, positive and confident during your birth. 💜Reduce your fears and anxiety 🩷Promotes natural birth 🩵Can reduce labour time 🧡Can help reduce pain 💙Create your positive birth environment ❤️Improve your confidence 💚Learning valuable hypnobirthing techniques 💛Prepare for your birth no matter the journey 💜Feel supported 🩷Relaxation techniques With this, you will receive all your hypnobirthing education, plus an Adora Hypnobirth pack. This includes all your hypnobirthing scripts and audio so you can further practice and prepare yourself before the arrival of your baby. Cancellation Policy

To cancel a course or to reschedule I ask for at least 24hrs notice. Refunds cannot always be guaranteed and are given at my discretion. If you request cancelling a whole course booking, any refunds given will incur a transaction fee, taken from your booking. If cancelling due to illness, please give me as much notice as possible. I can offer 1 class credit per term for a missed class, given at my discretion. This will need to be used on full term booking for any future classes. If the Government enforces a COVID-19 lockdown in our area all bookings due in that time will immediately be moved to online courses.
