Please get in touch if you're interested in booking these classes. Suitable from 6 weeks postpartum or 8 weeks for csection recovery. Adora postnatal mums & baby yoga is a great way for new mums to enjoy some gentle exercise along with their little ones. It does not matter how your baby arrived. You still grew and carried your baby for around 9 months. Pregnancy and birth can put a strain on the body and we all recover in our own time and at our own pace. When you begin to feel ready for some form of exercise, postnatal yoga allows you to learn how to use gentle movements and stretches to encourage the healing process and aid your postnatal recovery. This is great for helping to increase your energy levels and release any tensions or aches you may be feeling from being a new mum. As well as improving your mental wellbeing. Plus, your baby can enjoy all the benefits of baby yoga, easing digestive issues, better sleep and encouraging their development as they grow. Completely baby led classes, so if your baby needs a feed, a cuddle or a change of nappy, you can do all of this stress free during this relaxed class. With the added bonus of some well needed relaxtion and bonding time for mums and babies, plus a little mum chat at the end, supporting you on your journey as a parent and post birth.
