Providing you as parents to be, with not only midwife devised antenatal education on labour, birth and your newborn baby but also techniques you can easily use, to help you better cope with your birth and your baby. All classes are provided in a relaxed, supportive and non judgmental way. Without any "role play," just all the education you will need to leave you knowing you've got this.
