Perfect for mums to be looking to end their week feeling relaxed and refreshed. Using a lovely combination of pregnancy yoga and hypnobirthing inspired relaxation. The pregnancy yoga is a great form of gentle pregnancy exercise and can help ease pregnancy related issues that you may be suffering with. With this you learn how these positions and movements can help benefit you in labour. Each week your then able to fully relax and take some well deserved time out to yourself with your baby bump, whilst enjoying the hypnobirthing inspired relaxation. This is followed by some antenatal chat so you can further understand when and why to use what you have learnt. Allowing you support from me and other mums to be too as your prepare for your birth. Make sure to take a look at my Adora antenatal packages too. Allowing you to save on more than one booking. Update - April term will remain online with face to face classes returning in June as per government guidance. Spaces will be limited due to distancing in groups. To cancel a course or to reschedule I ask for at least 24hrs notice. Class credits will be offered for future courses. Refunds cannot always be guaranteed and are given at my discretion. If cancelling due to illness, I must receive adequate notice and only one class credit will be offered per term due to Illness. If the Government enforces a COVID-19 lockdown in our area all bookings due in that time will immediately be moved to online courses.
